Effective May 1, 2012

General
Definitions

“Lessor” means AeM Scandinavia AB.
“Lessee” means the party ordering the rental equipment.
“Force Majeure” means, among other things, fire, storm, severe weather, hail, flooding, burglary, theft, vandalism, explosion, spillage/
leakage of hazardous substances and/or gas, or any other hazard arising from similar negligence on the part of the Lessee or
a third party, such as suppliers or carriers, illness of key personnel at the Lessor who cannot readily be
replaced, siege, blockade, or measures taken by authorities, and terrorism.

Contracts/Orders

The Lessor’s rental and delivery terms and conditions apply exclusively to all transactions. The content and scope of the rental agreement correspond to
the Lessor’s written order confirmation, which includes information about the order as well as the rental and delivery terms and conditions. Changes to the
binding rental agreement are valid only after they have been confirmed in writing by the Lessor.
The Lessor reserves the right to invoice the Lessee for any costs associated with preparing the quote
.

Prices

The price per item is based on the current price list and applies for three days: delivery day, day of use, and return day (base price).
The price for the second day of use is 25 percent of the base price, and 15 percent for each additional day of use
.

Collateral/Security

A deposit or security deposit of at least 25 percent of the order value will be collected. Upon correct and complete return of the rental equipment
, the Lessor will refund the deposit or security deposit to the Lessee within three business days.

Payment Methods

The Renter shall pay the Lessor the total rental cost no later than upon receipt of the rental property. The payment must—
—be credited to the Lessor’s account by that time, or cash payment must have been made.

Lease Term

The leased property is made available exclusively to the Lessee during the agreed lease term. An extension of the rental period
requires the Lessor’s written consent. In the event of an extension, the Lessor has the right to invoice additional rental fees in accordance
with the pricing method described above (see Section 3, Prices). If the Renter is unable to return the rental property at the agreed-upon
time, he must inform the Lessor no later than the day before the rental period expires; in such a case, rent will be charged-
until the rental item is returned, in accordance with the pricing method described above (see Section 3, Prices), as well as any
additional costs up to the replacement value.

Responsibility

The lessee is responsible for all damage to and loss of the leased property and packaging during the lease term. This also applies
to damage caused by a third party or in cases of force majeure. If the damage is repairable and the cost of repair does not exceed
the replacement value, the Renter shall reimburse the Lessor for the repair costs. In an
other case, the Renter will be billed for the replacement value.

The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor to the extent that the Lessor is held liable to a third party for any
damage or loss arising from the leased property during the lease term and not attributable to the Lessor.

The Lessor is liable for damages caused by the Lessor through gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Lessor’s liability
is limited to a maximum of the order value. The Lessor will not compensate for direct or indirect damages.

The Transfer of Risk

The rental goods are not insured. Liability for the rental goods passes to the Renter upon pickup (when the Renter picks up the goods in person) or upon delivery of the rental goods (when the rental property is delivered to the Renter). The Lessor recom
mends that the Renter insure the rental property during the rental period (including the construction and demolition periods).

Accessibility

If the Lessor delivers or picks up the rental property late, or if other contractual obligations are not fulfilled on time,
the Lessor cannot be held liable when this is the result of force majeure. The Renter may only terminate
the lease agreement when the Lessor’s fulfillment of its obligations is deemed permanently impossible due to a delayed
handover or delivery of the rental equipment. However, the Lessee is obligated to notify the Lessor in writing—
taking all circumstances into account—and first grant the Lessor a reasonable period of time to remedy the delay. If the Lessor has still not been able to fulfill its obligations even after this
grace period, the Lessee may terminate the agreement.
If the Lessee discovers a defect or deficiency in the leased property upon handover that renders the leased property unusable
, the Lessee is entitled to an equivalent alternative.
The rental property may—by the Renter—only be used in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and for the agreed-upon
project. The rental property may therefore not, without the Lessor’s written consent, be transferred to, for example, a third party. If the Lessor
has given written permission to transfer the leased property to a third party, the Lessee nevertheless remains fully liable
in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Tenant’s Duty to Provide Information

The Lessee is required to immediately notify the Lessor of:

• the rental goods are not complete upon delivery (no later than two (2) hours after the goods are handed over),
• the rental goods are damaged (no later than two (2) hours after the goods were handed over), or
• the rental goods have been stolen or have otherwise gone missing.

Cancellation

An order may be canceled up to six (6) weeks prior to delivery. This must be done in writing. If the order is canceled at a later
date, the full order value will be invoiced, provided that the rental equipment cannot be rented out elsewhere. If
it is possible to rent out the rental equipment elsewhere, only 25 percent of the original order value will be invoiced.

Copyright

The Lessor reserves the right to take photographs or film at locations where the Lessor’s rental property is situated for
marketing purposes.

Images/Photography

Images, photographs, and video recordings in catalogs, brochures, and email newsletters, as well as on websites and in multi
media presentations on CD or DVD, may differ from reality.

Rental Properties

Obligations of the Renter
Pickup, Drop-off, and Return

When the Renter picks up the rental equipment in person, the Renter is obligated to verify that the rental equipment is complete and in good working order.
In addition, the Renter is obligated to ensure that transportation is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The rental equipment must be transported
in a closed space.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the Lessee is responsible for picking up and returning the rental equipment. For orders totaling at least 3,500.00 SEK at
, the Lessor may arrange transportation for an additional fee. Delivery will be organized so that the Lessee
has access to the rental equipment prior to the event. The Lessor cannot be held liable for a delayed delivery due
to force majeure. If there is access to a driveway suitable for a 40-metric-ton truck, the rental equipment will be delivered to the ground-floor entrance at
. The door must be at least 2 m wide and at least 2.5 m high. If these transportation requirements are not met
(e.g., the road or ground is impassable, the driveway is too narrow, parked cars are obstructing delivery or pickup, or the rental items are
not properly sorted for pickup), the Lessor has the right to invoice the resulting additional costs.

Rental items must be stored in a weather-protected area.

Upon delivery, the Renter must immediately inspect the rental equipment. Any defects must be reported by fax or telephone within two (2) hours of delivery.

On the agreed pickup date, the rental goods must be clean and stacked, gathered in a single location, and easily accessible to the driver at ground level from
starting at 8.00. Upon pickup, the rental items will, to the extent possible, be inspected
and counted immediately. When the rental items consist of china, silverware, napkins, and/or other small items, they cannot be
inspected and counted immediately upon loading. The Renter agrees that the final inspection and count will be conducted
at the Lessor’s premises. The Lessor guarantees that no loss or damage will occur between pickup and the final
inspection. The rental items will be picked up within 48 hours after the project, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event that the Renter returns the rental items personally, the Renter must notify the Lessor of their arrival before unpacking the rental items.
Any missing or damaged rental items that were not accounted for by the Lessor upon arrival must be replaced by the Lessee.

Cleaning

The Renter must handle the rental items with care. China, silverware, glassware, and kitchen equipment, etc., must be cleaned after return
by the Lessor. The rental items must be returned in such a condition (sorted and free of food and/or grease residues) that
they can be machine-washed immediately. If the rental items are extremely dirty, the Lessor has the right to invoice the Lessee
for additional cleaning costs. Textiles (e.g., tablecloths and napkins) must be returned to the Lessor dry after use.
With regard to floor coverings, cut-up or heavily soiled carpet tiles (e.g., chewing gum, burn marks from cigarettes)
are considered unusable.

Heating, Air Conditioning, Power, and Toilet Units
Energy

The quoted price does not include costs for energy and fuel consumption or connection costs (e.g., to
the power grid), unless otherwise specified. For fuel deliveries, our daily rate will be billed. This may differ from the price quoted at
for fuel costs.

Obligations of the Renter
The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the connections and equipment necessary for installation are in place on time. In this regard,
the Renter is obligated to strictly follow the Lessor’s instructions. In addition, the Lessee must ensure that the location where
the leased equipment is to be installed meets the relevant authority’s requirements for such a location for this purpose, and that it is always
freely and unimpeded accessible, and that the functionality of the leased equipment is not hindered in any way – all in accordance with the Lessor’s
assessment. In addition, the Lessee must—if necessary—obtain a permit from the responsible authority that approves
the use of the leased property.

The tenant is obligated to ensure adequate security for the leased property. If the Lessor so requires, the Lessee must
insure the leased property against the risks specified by the Lessor. This applies to the entire rental period.
The rental property may only be maintained by the Lessor or by personnel designated by the Lessor.

The Lessee is required to notify the Lessor immediately of any operational disruptions. Repairs may be performed exclusively by
the Lessor. Any restriction on use due to operational disruptions or repairs does not affect the Lessee’s obligation to
pay the rent.

Tent

Tenant’s Obligations
The tenant decides where (in which town or location) the tent is to be placed or set up. The lessee shall investigate whether, and shall assume
responsibility for ensuring that the leased property can be constructed safely and without risk of damage and/or infringement of the rights or
property of others. The Lessee shall inform the Lessor of the possible presence of power lines, cables, pipes, and other installations on the land at
. The ground on which the tent is to be set up must be level and flat. The lessee is responsible for ensuring that the land/site
where the leased property is to be delivered and constructed is clear, unobstructed, and easily accessible even for a 40-metric-ton truck. Measures to ensure this are carried out and paid for by the Tenant.
The tenant is responsible for any damage to the ground and/or buildings, power lines, pipes, or other
underground installations caused by the construction of the rental property.

In the event of snowfall, the tenant must ensure that the roof of the rental property remains free of snow. Damage caused by snow load is the responsibility of the Tenant—
.
In the event of a storm and/or severe weather, the Tenant is responsible for ensuring that all walls, doors, and roofs of the rental property remain closed.
If there is a risk of damage to the rental property, it is the Renter’s responsibility to do everything possible to prevent or minimize
damage to the rental property. The Tenant is obligated to keep the Landlord informed of the course of events on an ongoing basis.
Without the Landlord’s written consent, the Tenant may not make any changes whatsoever (except in cases as
stated in the paragraph above) to the leased property.
The Tenant may only use the leased property in accordance with the agreed-upon guidelines. The tenant may not make any changes whatsoever to the rental property, either on the exterior or interior, as stated at
. It is not permitted to affix items to, paint, or otherwise alter
the rental property.
If permission from a third party is required to make alterations to the rental property, the tenant is responsible for obtaining such permission
in a timely manner.

Changes and Additions

Any changes or additions to the rental and delivery terms must be made in writing.

Dispute

This Agreement is governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, or application of this Agreement, as well as all legal relationships arising there
, shall be finally settled by a court of general jurisdiction, with the Malmö District Court as the court of first instance.
